Maintenance Home Cleaning

First time booking a home or residential cleaning? Our Basic Home Cleaning was designed to delight your senses while making your life easier. Our professional housekeepers will treat your home to tender loving care, with special attention given to your kitchen and bathrooms. And you don’t need to be there while our residential maids work. Just let us know how to get access—garage or door codes or a hidden key are perfect. We’ll do the dirty work while you make time for what matters most—you and your family!

Remove all loose dust and dirt

Wipe down all surfaces and appliances

Clean and shine bathtubs, sinks, toilets and shower stalls

Vacuum or mop all floors and carpets
Clean bathrooms, kitchen sinks, toilets, showers, countertops, front of appliances

Spring / Deep Cleaning

Spring comes but once a year, but we recommend two Spring (a.k.a. Deep) Cleanings annually. Building on our Basic Home Cleaning service, the Spring/Deep Cleaning takes care of the less accessible areas around your home including those problem areas under beds and furniture, and inside appliances. We even wipe down window blinds! You don’t have to be there while our residential maids work. Just let us know how to get access—a door code or hidden key is perfect.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Moving is an incredibly busy and stressful time, so we’d like to take one thing off your mind by cleaning one or both of your spaces. Whether you are moving in our moving out or both our residential cleaning professionals will make sure everything that needs to be cleaned in one or both spaces is expertly cleaned on-time! We will ensure your previous home or new residence will feel like it’s never been lived in before. Give or get a complete fresh start to new digs and never look back.
